Customer Corner – Barbara N.

Barabra N.

DUFLhead Barbara N. shares some insight on DUFL and her tips and tricks for hassle free travel!

  1. First name/last name/title?
    • Barbara Nelson
    • VP Studio Relations/Sales
  2. How did you hear about DUFL?
    • There was an article in USA Today that my boss brought into my office and said, “You owe me big time! I want you to do this, and we will sponsor your fees.” So I signed up and expense it with my company.
  3. How long have you been using DUFL?
    • I would say I have been using it since the beginning of 2016. I travel at least once per month, so that would equate to how many times I have used it. It varies based on my travel schedule. I use it almost every time I travel for business.
  4. What was your first impresson of DUFL?
    • I don’t remember where I went on my first trip, but my first impression was, “Oh my gosh, these clothes are put together better than I have ever been able to do.” I mean it’s just how perfectly it’s put together, the whole presentation, the ease of it–everything. I remember I had a question and I called the concierge, and they were super accommodating. It was just a really great experience, I only have good things to say.
  5. How has DUFL changed the way you travel?
    • I don’t have to worry about dry-cleaning or getting everything ready before I leave for my trip. I definitely pack less now that I travel with DUFL. It’s more ease than anything. I don’t have to think as much beforehand about my clothing.
  6. Do you have any pro-tips that you would like to share?
    • I would definitely put work out clothes in your DUFL closet, that’s a really nice perk. Pack more staples. This bit of advice is probably more for females, but keep it to staples. Pack solids, clothes that you can wear year round.
  7. What do you like best about DUFL?
    • Everything. The convenience, professionalism, it has always been on time, the way it’s packed and folded in tissue–every little detail. Plus–the DUFL Bits gifts are awesome! It was a hair product the last time that I fell in love with and I went online and purchased it. The little gifts are a really great touch!
  8. If you could sum up DUFL in one word- what would it be?
    • Dynamite! You guys are great, very entrepreneurial, great concept, and very professional.
  9. Is most of your travel domestic or international?
    • Both. My DUFL has met me in Amsterdam, Paris, and London. The rest has been inside the U.S. I would say my travel is half domestic, and half international. It has been great!
